To initiate a refund:

Enter your Order Details – include your order ID, date of purchase, and a clear reason.

Wait for our team to review the case and respond within 7–10 business days.
Once your refund is approved:
The refund will be issued to the original payment method.
Processing times:
Credit/Debit Cards: 5–10 business days.
UPI/Net Banking: 3–5 business days.
NewVideoHub Pay Wallet: Immediate upon approval.
If you used a third-party payment gateway, delays may occur based on their policies.
The following services are non-refundable:
Consulting & Custom Web Services already delivered.
Advertising Services once impressions have started.
Subscriptions once the billing cycle has begun.
Event Registrations & Tickets after the event start time.

In certain exceptional cases, we may grant refunds outside normal terms, including:
Technical errors during billing or service access.
Services purchased but not delivered due to platform fault.
Unauthorized payments or fraud, subject to investigation.
